Dr. Justin Crow is a Physiotherapist currently working as Head of Human Performance at Melbourne Victory FC. Justin has worked in professional football for over 15 years in a mix of Head Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, and High Performance Management roles. Highlights of his career include supporting athletes at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games, and being part of teams that have won the 2010 Collingwood AFL Premiership, 2021 FFA Cup, and 2022 A-League Women’s Championship.

Sports and Exercise Physician

Dr Krishant Naidu is a highly experienced Sports and Exercise Physician. He is passionate about helping people of all ages and sporting backgrounds achieve their best health and fitness outcomes. Krish’s professional interests include management of osteoarthritis, tendonopathy, adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) and exercise associated leg pain. He has completed advanced training in diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound and performs his own ultrasound guided procedures including joint injections, shoulder hydrodilatations and compartment pressure testing.

Exercise Physiologist

Tim is a highly experienced Exercise Physiologist, before completing his Masters he worked in Motorsport which has led him to consult a number of Athletes, Teams & NSO's both domestically and internationally. Tim specialises in filling the gap between rehabilitation and the return to sport. His specialty is end-stage rehabilitation and exercise prescription. He believes it is imperative that the rehab program is designed, not just to repair and strengthen the injured site, but to address any contributing factors and improve athletic resilience.

Josh is a Physiotherapist who holds post-graduate qualifications in both Sport & Exercise Physiotherapy and High Performance Sport, alongside a Level 2 strength and conditioning accreditation through the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association. Josh has experience at Collingwood Football Club, Werribee Football Club, NPL soccer, and Private Practice. Josh's special interests lie in exercise rehabilitation for lower limb injuries, long-term and post-surgical rehabilitation. Guiding athletes through criteria-based rehabilitation and return-to-performance programs is at the core of his approach.

Myotherapist/Remedial Massage Therapist

Simon is a Myotherapist / Remedial Massage Therapist who 22 years' experience who holds an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, Diploma of Health Science (Remedial Massage) and a Certificate of Massage Therapy (Sports). Simon has experience working with Athletes in sports such as Athletics, Triathletes, Soccer, Basketball, Swimming, Football, Cricket and Body Building. Simon has previously been the VFL Umpires Head Trainer as well as the AFL/VFL Umpires Massage Therapist. Simon's special interests include Shoulder injuries, Postural Awareness, Functional Strengthening and Mobility.

Alex Rooke

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Alex is an experienced performance coach with an extensive background in the NRL, Super Rugby, and VFL competitions, as well as private practice. He holds ASCA Professional Level 2 accreditation and has gained undergraduate and Masters degrees in Exercise Science and High Performance Sport respectively. He has worked with a wide range of clubs and organisations, accumulating coaching experience throughout both Melbourne and Sydney. Currently serving as the Rehabilitation Performance Coach for the Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club in the NRL, Alex is passionate about maximising the rehabilitation and reconditioning period for injured athletes, as well as helping all athletes access professional level strength and conditioning services.

Rohan Price

Orthopaedic Surgeon - Knee & Shoulder Surgeon (MBBS, FRACS, FAOrthA)

Rohan is an Australian-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who has undertaken international sub-specialty fellowship training with a focus on knee and shoulder surgery. His particular interest is in arthroscopic surgery for sporting injuries, shoulder instability, rotator cuff tears, and knee ligament injuries, as well as surgery for shoulder and knee arthritis. Rohan maintains a strong interest in orthopaedic research and teaching. He has held faculty positions at both Monash University and the University of Melbourne he is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Deakin University and plays an active role in teaching students and future orthopaedic surgeons.

Victoria is a titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience. She currently works at Tennis Australia as one of the Academy Physiotherapists, Head Women’s Physiotherapist at the Australian Open & The Billie Jean King Cup Australian Team Physiotherapist. She previously worked & toured with the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA). Despite working in professional tennis for over ten years, she has worked in private practice in Australia & the UK. She has also been involved with a wide variety of sports over the years, including Cricket Victoria, Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA), Australian Squash and the West Australian Ballet company. Whilst Victoria has worked extensively within the elite sporting environment, she is more than happy rehabilitating and educating the recreational athlete!

Dr. Steven Mutimer

Sport and Exercise Medicine Registrar

Steven is a dedicated sports and exercise medicine registrar and Ph.D. candidate who brings a wealth of expertise to his field. After successfully completing his medical training at Deakin University, he honed his skills as a physician trainee at St. Vincent's Hospital. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Steven plays a pivotal role in elite AFL pathway development programs, serving as the head doctor for the Oakleigh Chargers. Steven holds a Master's in Biomedical Science from Melbourne University and The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, where his research focused on the chronic neurological effects of concussion.
