What you can expect from Physio with us

  • Personalised recovery plans: Every sports physiotherapy program is tailored to your injury, your current fitness, and your goals. Your treatment plan is updated as you improve, with clear milestones that support pain free movement and return to sport. We review your root cause factors and adjust your plan so you can keep moving forward.
  • Hands on care and rehabilitation: Your physio sessions can include hands-on treatment, manual therapy, and soft tissue work to settle pain and restore movement. We also use biomechanical checks to guide running, lifting, and sport specific change of direction. This supports effective treatment for sports injuries and helps reduce future injuries.
  • Training support that fits your life: Our Strength and Conditioning Facility supports sports physiotherapy rehab and return to training. You can also add clinical pilates for control and strength. For recovery support, remedial massage is available and can be included in your plan when appropriate. If needed, remedial massage can also support load management during busy training weeks.
  • Integrated team support: Your sports physiotherapist can work alongside an exercise physiotherapist and a dietitian to support performance and recovery. You can also include a dietitian review if nutrition is affecting energy, recovery, or body composition. This team approach is common in sports medicine and is available to the wider Melbourne community.
